Conclusion

In conclusion, it is extremely important for teenagers to eat healthy and exercise. If you are an athlete, be sure to eat from a balanced diet because it can really affect your performance. There is no reason why exercising and eating healthy has to be a painful and strenuous process.  All in all, eat healthy, be happy, and exercise!

Wow, the blog was great! You did a fantastic job on it. One thing, though, in my research, I found that teens need large breakfasts with some protein and carbohydrates in them. Is that true? Maybe you should make your breakfasts a little larger.
That's the only thing that I see that could be better, though. Fantastic blog!

Wow, your blog is very descriptive! You did a good job on describing what foods are good for you and what foods you should stay away from. I didn't know a gymnast/dancer diet was small portions. Overall, you guys did great!

That was a great blog! You guys did a fantastic job in going into detail and even giving numbers like how much teens should eat and such. You gave a lot of information about each topic, which I enjoyed because it helped me learn information concerning a high active teen and gave me more information on teens in general. Good job overall!
